What the app shows
The PDGA publishes new ratings once a month. In between, Discgolfer shows the rounds you have played since the last update and what they will do to your rating.

You don't need an account. Type your PDGA number and the app finds your profile.
See new rounds when you want to
Rounds you have played since the last update stay hidden until you tap Reveal, so you decide when to look.

Questions
How does it work?
Type your PDGA number. The app shows your rating, your events and your rated rounds, and the rounds you have played since the last ratings update with their unofficial ratings. From these it works out your next rating, following the rules the PDGA publishes: rounds from the last 12 months count (24 months if there are fewer than 8), very low rounds are dropped, and the most recent quarter count twice.
Is this my official rating?
No. Your official rating is the one the PDGA publishes; the projection is our estimate of the next one. It can differ by a point or so, because the PDGA rounds and breaks ties its own way, and rounds can reach it after its deadline.
When is the next ratings update?
The PDGA publishes ratings on the second Tuesday of each month, in US hours, so in Europe an update can land on the Wednesday. The app shows the date.
A round I've played doesn't show
The app finds your latest results through the events the PDGA lists for you. If you hide your events on your PDGA profile, or don't open the app within a few days of an event, its rounds show up once the PDGA has rated them.
What does 2× mean?
That the round counts twice. With 9 or more rounds, the most recent quarter of them count double in your rating.
Why is a round dropped?
With 7 or more rounds, the PDGA leaves out rounds more than 2.5 standard deviations or 100 points below your average. So does the app.
How do I change my PDGA number?
Tap the number at the top of the screen and type another.
Is the app from the PDGA?
No. Discgolfer is an independent app that uses data from the PDGA.
What does it cost?
Discgolfer is free to download.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Discgolfer is for iPhone only.
Does the app collect data about me?
No. The app has no accounts and collects no data about you. Read more in the privacy policy.
